Can I get product samples?
All existing samples are free to supply with freight paid at buyer’s expense.
In regard to new samples for approval before bulk production, the mold/film cost will be taken as samples charge.
What is the Minimum order quantity/MOQ?
We are willing to optimize your profit with even one piece of product!
If I order from you, how long can I get my order?
Our delivery times range between 1 and 3 weeks after receipt of an order and approval of artwork.
However, The final lead time is subject to the material, production process and quantity of the goods.
Anyway, we will ship your goods out ASAP after we receive your fund, what’s more, we will use the fastest way to send the items to you.

Printing process: 1-2 weeks, Urgent order: 5 days is available.
Photo etched: 1-2 weeks, Urgent order: 5 days is available.
Stamping: 2-3 weeks, Urgent order: 5 days is available.
Casting: 2-3 weeks, Urgent order: 10 days is available.
PVC: 2-3 weeks, Urgent order: 10 days is available.
Lanyards: 2-3 weeks, Urgent order: 10 days is available.
How do you ship the goods and can you prepaid the freight for us?
Actually the shipping way depends on customer’s choice and requirement, but the freight is based on weight, volume, shipping way, POL and POD.

What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
My order never arrived.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your order
I just received my order and it is wrong/damaged. What should I do?
If products are damaged in-transit or Homedals made a mistake, let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will send out a FREE replacement or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
I just placed my order but see I made a mistake. How can I fix this?
No worries, we all make mistakes. You should have received an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place the order. Your order confirmation e-mail will contain all order information as well as all engraving or design parameters. Please reply to that e-mail with the corrections that need to be made AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the order has not been produced or shipped, we will be able to make those
